M&R is founded by two moms(Manit Smith and Rhonda Dixon). We want to use our business credentials and experience in the modeling and acting industry to help guide aspiring models and actors to success in the modeling or acting industry. We want to help others avoid mistakes that can cost time, money, and disappointment because this industry can be full of dishonest and unprofessional individuals and companies that you should avoid. We want to help others navigate the world of modeling and acting like we have done for our children.

Founder / Partner
As a Thai native from Lopburi, Thailand, I came to United State when I was 9 years old. As a child from a foreign country, English became my second language. I worked from the age of 16 (a factory worker, bank teller, health care and a tax processor) until I met my husband at the age of 24. Now, I am a mother of three with a Degree in business. My kids are my life, and I will do what I can for them to reach their goals. At the age of 14, my daughter filled out a form from one of the scout agencies with her friend, not knowing anything about the entertainment industry. I had no idea what to do, where to go, or who to trust to help her in this industry. After many years of circumventing the various agency scams and finding ways to get exposure for my daughter on a limited budget, my persistence reaped dividends. She is now an international model.

About Rhonda Dixon
Founder / Partner
I am the director and teacher from Excel Gymnastics, Inc. with over 30 years experience as both a trainer of young athletes and as an accomplished athlete in my own right. From 1978 to 1983, I was Kingston High School Gymnast. While directing the Marbletown Youth Gymnastics Program, I began developing my training philosophy which blends structured training programs with a concerned focus on the potentials and individual talents so characteristic of young athletes. I has served as a Coach of Kingston High School “Section 9 Champions” Varsity Team from 1990 to present. I has been coaching Kingston High School from 2016 to present. I’m the former Director of Ulster Community College Gymnastics Program and currently a professional member of the United States Gymnastics Federation. I’m aso certified in USA Gymnastics safety, CPR and First Aid by New York State.
